Our custom manufactured industrial shipping freezers allow you to transport frozen product as cold as -109°F (-78C) using non-refrigerated trucks. Our freezers use a CO2 (dry ice) refrigeration system that allows you to transport or store your product at incredibly cold temperatures without mechanical refrigeration.
Shipping Refrigerated or Frozen Items
Dry Ice sublimation (changing from a solid to a gas) will vary depending on the outside temperature, air pressure (on an airplane with lower air pressure it will sublimate faster), empty airspace inside the shipping container (the larger the empty airspace the faster it sublimates), and the R-value of the insulation.
The more Dry Ice you have stored in the container, the longer it will last. Dry Ice, at -109.30F or -78.50C, will freeze and keep frozen everything in the container until it is completely sublimated. These frozen items will still take some extra time to thaw because they will have been so cold.

NON-MECHANICAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS:
Custom designed dry ice bunkers are designed to eliminate contact with product. Maintain temperatures as low as –109°F (-67°C).
DOOR OPTIONS:
Doors are custom manufactured to any size or shape. (Top, Bottom, left or right hand swing, chest style, double doors, drops down ramps, etc.).
Multiple access doors can be installed in multiple locations.
